Here are some highlights of the new release: Multiprocessing in pplacer is now supported, with a -j command line flag. Friend finding is gone– a simple search by identity performed better. Power iteration rather than full eigendecomposition is now used in guppy pca, which leads to a very big speedup. There are also some new subcommands, which allow more flexible use of edge-split masses. Check out the CHANGELOG for more details.
